Fibre splicing
Joining fibre cables, from a single connection at a house to hundreds of fibres on a big network job.
ONT relocations
If your ONT (the white box your fibre plugs into) is in an awkward spot, we can move it somewhere that suits you better.
Cabling and infrastructure
Laying and blowing fibre and cable for new developments and commercial sites. We have our own cable blowing equipment for the bigger runs.
Broadband installs and faults
New fibre connections and fault call-outs. We do a lot of this work for Tuatahi Fibre.
Subdivisions and major projects
We install fibre in new subdivisions, and we've worked on the KiwiRail network around Auckland and at a large industrial site near Glenbrook. For bigger jobs we bring in contractors we trust.

About Chris and Leon
Ecomms is run by brothers Chris and Leon Elliott. Telecommunications is a family trade for us. Our dad worked in the industry, and we both started straight out of school in South Africa.
We moved to New Zealand in 1999 to work for Dynamic Communications, which later became GDC, and went on to work for Chorus and Ventia. Since 2009 we've run our own business, contracting to the main network providers around Auckland.
It's just the two of us, so when you call, you'll talk to one of us, and one of us will do the job. If a job needs more people, we bring in contractors we know and trust.
